Training & Consulting Options

Trainings & Presentations

From national conferences to campus workshops, I offer interactive trainings that translate research into practice. Topics include trauma-informed practices, resilience and wellness, navigating difficult conversations, and inclusive approaches to prevention and response. Sessions can be designed for staff, students, law enforcement, Title IX and student conduct teams, or mental health professionals seeking continuing education. Each training is practical, engaging, and tailored to your audience.

Consulting & Program Development

I partner with organizations to create trauma-informed, wellness-centered systems of care. Consulting services may include developing curricula, building staff training programs, strengthening counseling center services, or embedding resilience and equity into organizational practices. Projects are collaborative and designed to meet your goals — whether improving staff well-being, designing prevention programs, or enhancing community response.

Retreats & Wellness Programs

I design restorative retreats that renew energy, build resilience, and strengthen connection. These can be tailored for staff teams, wellness or counseling centers, advocacy programs, or student groups. Whether your goal is to prevent burnout, create space for reflection, or foster a sense of community, retreats are customized to meet your organization’s unique culture and needs. Corporate wellness programs and healing retreats for clients or students are also available.
