Retreats & Wellness Programs

I design restorative retreats that renew energy, build resilience, and strengthen connection. These can be tailored for staff teams, wellness or counseling centers, advocacy programs, or student groups. Whether your goal is to prevent burnout, create space for reflection, or foster a sense of community, retreats are customized to meet your organization’s unique culture and needs.
